No eye pitied you, to do any of these things to you out of compassion for you, but you were cast out on the open field, for you were abhorred, on the day that you were born. Isn’t it our story? Weren’t we kicking about in our blood, completely helpless, until Christ stooped down, and commanded His life to invade us? And He even made us His bride. How blessed we are. May our praise be all that He can hear.
