Catsitting
I’m in Sherbrooke. I always love spending time in Sherbrooke. I’ve got so many good memories in that city. That’s where I went to Bible school and that’s where some good friends live. I always make it a point to spend some time in Sherby during Christmas time, it’s become a tradition for me. So I’m in Sherbrooke for a few days.
Why do I have time on my hands to write a post here? Well I am catsitting. My friend (Do) and I went cat-hunting, hmmm I mean, cat-shopping today. Do wanted to give a kitten to her roommate for Christmas. So she found one. Do is working tonight and her roommate has gone to church so… I was asked to stay home and make sure the kitten didn’t die or something instead of going to church. I find this kind of interesting but anyways.
I am sorry, but I have to say it: I’m leaving for Mexico next Tuesday… so in 4 days I’ll be eating supper in a warm place (warm not because of the fire place, but because of the outside temperature…!). Even though I traveled all around Canada and been to a few spots in the States (even warm places), I’ve never been put in a different culture and a place where people speak something else than French or English, so it’ll be an interesting experience and I’m sure I’ll enjoy.
For now, I am stuck, as most of you in the cold winter.
Why do you find it interesting that you are watching the kitten and not at church? (The youth thing is actually in a school gym by the way)
Tu peux ben te l’a pété avec ton mexico…miss eskimo!
